The Center on Poverty and Social Policy at the Columbia School of Social Work held its fifth annual New Frontiers in Poverty Research conference. Experts examined some of the boldest presidential policy proposals and discussed how to reach the bold goal of cutting child poverty in half in 10 years.
The conference was co-sponsored by Columbia University’s Just Societies Initiative, the Columbia Population Research Center, and the Urban and Social Policy Concentration, Columbia School of International and Public Affairs.
