Kahlen S. Washington, CPSP Research Assistant

Kahlen S. Washington is a Research Assistant at the Center on Poverty and Social Policy at Columbia University. He currently works as a survey coordinator helping gather and interpret data from ongoing studies. He has also helped contribute to reports focusing on racial discrimination and police stops and the ongoing racial and ethnic disparities exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. He is interested in pursuing an MPH in Health Policy and Management to advance social justice reform and improve the quality of life of marginalized and BIPOC populations facing the greatest disadvantage.
